You can see exactly whether the AI is "Queueing," "Dialing," "Negotiating with Staff," or if the booking is a "Success" or "Failure." One token covers one distinct calling session until a reservation is secured for your party size. The AI Agent uses the exact English or Chinese name and contact phone number you provided in the app when applying for the reservation. Upon arrival, simply present your confirmation letter and check in under your registered name at the designated time.

We offer 3 complimentary credits (Tokens) for each newly registered user to experience an AI-driven booking service. Each successful reservation will deduct 1 Token. Once your credits are used up, you can purchase single-booking tokens at an affordable rate or opt for our traveler-friendly "Tourist Pass Packages."

Absolutely not. We strictly follow a "No Booking, No Charge" policy. If the booking fails due to a fully booked venue, closure for renovation, or an unreachable line, your tokens will be fully returned to your account.

No, it does not. Vodercall solely handles the phone reservation service. All food expenses, service charges, or minimum spending requirements at the venue must be paid directly to the restaurant during your visit.

Currently, our AI Agent cannot process credit card payments or deposits over the phone on behalf of users. If your selected restaurant requires a deposit, Vodercall does not accept phone reservation applications for it.

We take data privacy and security very seriously. Your personal details (such as names and phone numbers) are only used for the specified restaurant reservation. All data transfers are secured with high-grade SSL encryption, and we never sell your data to third-party advertisers.
